18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of content whether actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, displayed on the ALSScan.com, ALSAngels.com, ALSDVDs.com, ALSCDsOnline.com or Heartbreaker.com Web pages were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.
Records required to be maintained for such materials pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are kept at the office of the producer, ALS Scan, Inc., Suite 205, 7340 Grace Drive, Columbia, MD 21044; S. Kiwak, Custodian of Records.
